Detail

A Resistive Touch Display is a touchscreen technology that responds to pressure. It consists of two layers, usually made of flexible and rigid materials, separated by a small gap. Both layers are coated with a conductive material like indium tin oxide (ITO). When pressure is applied, the layers touch, causing a change in electrical resistance that allows the system to detect the touch location. Resistive touchscreens can be operated with a finger, stylus, or any object, making them versatile. They are durable, cost-effective, and commonly used in devices like ATMs, industrial controls, and medical equipment, especially where precision is required.
